Eligibility terms

a) Fiction, documentary, animation or experimental short films are eligible.

b) Short films to be submitted must be original projects and be less than 30 minutes long.

c) The production of the short films entered must be after January 2023.

d) There is no limit to the number of works that each participant can register.

e) The minimum age for participation is 18 years.

f) Institutional, advertising or corporate films will not be accepted.

g) Candidates must hold all rights to the film in order for it to be shown publicly (see point VII). If selected, they must issue a duly signed authorization for the transfer of rights for the public showing of their film within the scope of the event.

h) Each entry must be accompanied by the biography and photograph of each director, stills from the film, synopsis, link to view the film and, optionally at the submission stage, a trailer and poster.

Open Call for submissions is open between April 15th 2025 to March 13th 2026.
